Research On Preventive Maintenance Decision Of Expressway Asphalt Pavement

With the formation of the road network system,the highway has entered the era of management by the construction period.Preventive maintenance not only can maintain good road conditions,but also can save maintenance costs in the whole life cycle of the road.At present,the pavement of even more than 90% of the expressway in our country is asphalt pavement.This thesis takes the expressway asphalt pavement as the object to study the preventive maintenance decision.This thesis deeply analyses the classification and causes of expressway asphalt pavement disease,explains the valuation method of pavement performance.This thesis analyzes the factors which have influence on expressway asphalt pavement performance prediction.This thesis establishes asphalt pavement performance prediction model using grey prediction method.For scientific decision of preventive maintenance,the preventive maintenance countermeasures of expressway asphalt pavement are deeply researched.The influencing factors of preventive maintenance decision are analyzed.Methods to determine the preventive maintenance time of asphalt pavement are systematically explained in this thesis.The improvement method to determine the time of preventive maintenance based on road condition is put forward.Aim at different asphalt pavement diseases and the practicality of conservation measures,the thesis established decision trees of preventive maintenance measures choose of expressway asphalt pavement.The thesis puts forward concrete countermeasures to improve the maintenance level of preventive maintenance.Taking the Beijing Jing Qin expressway as an application example,this thesis provides the analysis of disease and pavement service performance of Jing Qin expressway,and the reliability of the grey prediction model is verified through applied in the pavement performance prediction of a section in Jing Qin expressway.This thesis determines the sections which need preventive maintenance,puts forward the preventive maintenance measures,provides the countermeasures to improve the preventive maintenance management of expressway,and analyzes the benefit of preventive maintenance.This thesis is to provide the theoretic basis and practical reference for the preventive maintenance decision through the research on diseases of asphalt pavement,pavement performance evaluation and forecasting and preventive maintenance decision.
