With the development of society,the buildings beyond the code-specification are being more and more popular in our country.Because of the complexity of the seismic action,seismic design of the transfinite structure put forward higher requirements.In this paper,according to the actual situation of this structure,the softwares named Midas Building and PKPM are adopted for elastic-plastic analysis and those results are contrasted at last.The regularity transfinite structure seismic design ideas and methods are discussed to provide some reference for the analysis of transfinite structure design.In this paper,the work mainly includes the following aspects:(1)The elastic seismic analysis theory and the theory of elastic-plastic seismic analysis is introduced and the basic principle of static elasto-plastic analysis method is discussed.This paper introduces the main methods of static elasto-plastic analysis and the response spectrum method is detailed described.(2)The elastic modal analysis of the transfinite structure is finished and the dynamic parameters of the structure is got through SATWE and Midas Building.Then the mode decomposition response spectrum analysis is carried out under minor earthquakes.It is concluded that the calculation results reasonable,effective and calculation model accord with the actual working conditions of the structure by comparing the calculation results of two kinds of software.(3)According to two natural waves and an artificial wave,the elastic time history analysis is carried out using SATWE and the shear force of the building is being compared with CQC method.The yield criterion calculation has carried and performance-based design calculation is discussed.The conclusion that the floor open hole location should being strengthen under severe earthquake is got.(4)The pushover analysis is conducted under severe earthquake and the weak parts of the structure is found and the possible failure mechanism is determined,the seismic performance of the structure is evaluated at the same time by using the MIDAS.Then the results are being checked through the EPDA&PUSH and performance-based design of components is processed under severe earthquake.(5)A series of technical measures of engineering anti-seismic are adopted in order to improve the ductility of the structure in this paper and some advice about the study of static elasto-plastic analysis method is being put forward at last.
