Analysis On The Reform And Revival Design Of Historic District In Duzheng Street,Changsha City

The historic district is the focus of the city’s historical trace,and it clearly shows the development of the city and the main carrier of the city’s historical culture.But after the rapid urbanization in recent years,many once brilliant historical block has become the urban shantytowns,in urban renewal in the current era tide,renewal and the protection of historic district is one of the reality of China today is the most pressing problems.During graduate school,I had the opportunity to access to Douzheng street historical block transformation project hosted by mentor,detailed understanding to the renovation and renewal design process,related design data are obtained.From the great age of the old city renovation and update shantytown background,history or from the main street in changsha old street of typicality,options are main street historical block renovation as the research subject has the distinct times and practicality.This paper intends to analyze the four research questions:(1)what are the basic theories of protecting and revitalizing the historic districts?(2)what is the history and status quo on Douzheng street?(3)what kind of transformation and reconstruction process has been going on in Changsha Douzheng street?(4)what design principles and methods should be followed in the renovation and reconstruction of historic districts?The essay will be divided into five chapters.The first chapter mainly discusses the origin,meaning,content,frame and method of subject research.The second chapter briefly reviews the reconstruction and reconstruction of the historic districts at home and abroad,and focuses on the relevant theories of the renovation and revival of historical districts.Chapter 3 shows the historical and cultural advantages of the renovation of zhengjie street.The present situation and reason of the neighborhood are analyzed.The fourth chapter explains the main street all renovation and renewal of historic district planning and the planning process,this paper analyzes the basic train of thought transformation and renewal,analytical street space,by focusing on three aspects of content,historical buildings,landscape nodes clearly shows the transformation process of macroscopic overall to microscopic detail.The fifth chapter,the author analyzes in the above system are main street historical block transformation and reconstruction on the basis of the design process,combining with other literature,attempts to summarize the historical block transformation and renewal design method of general and are main street case other reforming practice of enlightenment for the future.Although cognition and view is limited by the author,in this paper,it remains to be perfect,but hopes in the new wave of urban renewal and development,it can improve the historical block protection render a bit.
