| With the advent of the era of urban stock land use,China’s urbanism has stepped into a new age which focus more on quality promotion than population increase.Meanwhile,in the field of urban and rural planning,old city renewal and historic preservation have gradually become hot topics.Historic Areas as cultural heritages has got more and more focus from center to locality for its inherent cultural value and economic value.And relevant research has also made a great progress in interdisciplinary field including sociology,economics,management and so on.In this context,delimiting core protection area has become the key measure of the preservation work.And Historical Areas has become a technical term which is also called typical historical areas for its function as typical cultural exhibition area.While this standardized judgment way will inevitably lead to omission of the selection of historical areas.That is,a vast majority of Historic Areas which can’t match the standard of having rich historical relics or having outstanding landscape features will not be qualified.As a result,this un-qualified areas will be devalued.In common,this un-qualified areas exist extensively in old cities in an atypical state.And the atypical historical areas are the focus of this paper.Meanwhile,with expansion of the multiple functions of culture into the fields of economy and social life,the life aesthetics and survival philosophy spread by the space users of atypical historical areas,have become the original cultural carrier with the characteristics of postmodernism.Nevertheless,for the lack of high-recognized value judgment and development guidance,much problems like space isolation,community disintegration,cultural rupture,excessive commercialization and gentrification have been generating and continually evolving.To investigate the root cause,the paper finds that foreign subjects(local government,developers,experts and scholars,etc.)tend to reinforce the material capital instead of peopleoriented capital,and their judgments are relatively one-sided ignoring the connection with daily life.What’s more,the real users and primary-level organizations have no chance to speak out during the development.For lacking of scientific methods of protection in keeping complete historical pattern and sustainable life culture,for lacking of connection with spacetime,for lacking of perceived culture and temperature,the atypical historical areas are gradually unattractive.Therefore,how to make scientific analysis and countermeasure to guide the regeneration of atypical historical areas is an important problem of times.Due to the above questions,this paper has fundamentally analyzed the atypical historical areas’ characters as well as the main causes leading to the separation between subject and object by means of multidisciplinary approaches in the context of the urban-regeneration trend.From the perspective of cultural studies and philosophical value judgment,this paper aims to analyze the value phenomenon of the atypical historical areas and systematically reexamine the value system of assessing the areas.What’s more,it’s an honor to provide theoretical and technical support for the cultural renaissance of Historic Areas in China.In basic research,this paper summarizes all relevant research involving concept definition,multidimensional value judgments,and common international research about urban regeneration in the field of Culture Economics.Ultimately,this paper makes sure the main point of building the value system of assessing the areas and theoretical exploration requirements affected by cultural economy.Meanwhile,in view of cultural capital which is the key to value analysis of Culture Economics,this paper provides theoretical and technical support for building the value system and urban-regeneration path by combining post-modern sociocultural economics and key points of the knowledge map in international studies in ten years.In theoretical exploration,this paper firstly refers to the procedural and critical achievements of Subjectivity and Objectivity in the field of value philosophy research,then reconsiders the primary factors causing the difficulties of the atypical historical areas,ultimately reveals the necessity of reconstituting the value system.Moreover,based on the unification of Subjectivity and Objectivity theory,this paper has constituted an economyguided rounded and objective logical frame of value cognition which starts from analyzing the symbiotic relationship of the subject and object of the areas as well as refers to the inner cultural value and deuterogenic economic value.In cognitive studies,this paper intensively studies the formation mechanism and representation of the inner culturological morphologic value and instrumental economic morphologic of atypical historical areas.As a result,this paper concludes 3 levels of culturological morphology including productive level about material culture,practice level about custom culture and governance level about regime culture,and also concludes 3 aspects of economic morphology including direct use value,indirect use value and non-use value.In case study,this paper selects Dongting Avenue as the study subject located in Hankou British concession of Hubei in China.The paper goes by theoretically deducting and evaluating the 3-levels cultural morphology and 3-aspects economic morphology of the avenue from the view of accumulating and sustaining local culture,as well as analyzing the economic value and examine the piratical significance.In the exploration of the way of regeneration,this paper takes local multiculture and people-oriented instrumental function into consideration,explores the way to regenerate space planning,participation action and system guarantee based on aspects including promoting physical environment,sustaining cultural atmosphere and reforming governance system aiming at realizing the dual value of the atypical historical areas. |
