The reform and transformation of energy affects the progress and development of the world,prompting humans began to shift to new energy field.And electric vehicles as a new means of transportation,in alleviating energy crisis,to promote the harmonious development of human beings and the environment has incomparable advantages.Electric vehicle charging stations for electric cars is an important part of the supporting facilities,under the government's policy support and enterprises to actively participate in get rapid development.Large-scale electric vehicle charging station construction and development is the important guarantee of the electric car consumption market.Therefore,it is necessary for electric vehicle charging planning and planning evaluation were studied.Accurate calculation of planning area of charging load demand is the basis of the charging station planning.This paper consider the charging load distribution on time,based on the monte carlo charging load model,to calculate the charging load demand planning area,on the basis of charging stations to build capacity constraints,determine the scope of the construction of the charging station number number of configuration and charging machine,to join the network constraints,construct weighted Voronoi diagram to realize charging service scope,to charge within the scope of service user charge loss cost minimum in site selection,according to the weight adjustment of the capacity of each partition,is obtained by alternating iterative site in the end.The simulation analysis show that this method can effectively solve the problem of regional stood firm charging capacity location.Secondly,on the characteristics of different functional partition of charging stations,analysis the influence of different partitions on the transportation to attract,consider charging load on the space distribution,the monte carlo method to simulate each partition based on spatial characteristics of charging demand;To the whole society as a charging station planning target of minimizing the cost of using quantum genetic algorithm partitions site selection,through the charging of the charging station of each partition on a Voronoi diagram service scope;We compare each planning scheme,selection of the scheme of minimum cost in the whole society as the final site selection.Case simulation analysis shows that the method can well solve the problem of different functional partition charging station planning.Finally,this article two charging stations programming method for the evaluation,analyzed the electric vehicle charging station connected to the power distribution network,the influence of the distribution network loss rate,the charging station,charging rate,the investment recovery period of charging station planning and charge mileage as evaluation index,the satisfaction degree of the charging station planning model is established,set different scenarios to evaluate this article two methods of planning the wheat from the chaff.Finally case analysis shows that under different charging load demand,two kinds of different charging station planning.
