Planning Strategy Research On "Characteristic Pastoral Village" In South Jiangsu

Under the background of the New-type Urbanization and the Supply-side Reformation,it is the trend of the times to plan as whole,change the development idea of �emphasis the city,neglect the country�,and change former urban and rural planning pattern,start a new model of rural transformation and development so as to realize the revitalization of rural areas.In the rapid urbanization and industrialization of Jiangsu Province,countrysides have become a prominent shortboard for social and economic development,and it is urgent to build the relationship between urban and rural areas and explore the road of characteristic development that conforms to the rural reality.With the proposal of �characteristic pastoral village� construction,the rural planning in Jiangsu has a new and transformative development.Based on this background,this paper attempts to explore the planning strategy of "characteristic pastoral village" in South Jiangsu by analyzing the concept of rural development in South Jiangsu and the concept of "characteristic pastoral village",which is of great practical significance to the development transformation optimization and planning and construction practice of rural areas in South Jiangsu.This paper starts from the development and evolution of the rural areas of South Jiangsu,and analyzes the transformation of the rural areas from � the rural industrialization mode,the village merger mode,the urban and rural planning mode�after the Reform and Opening-up to the evolution of the rural development in South Jiangsu.From the perspective of regional,economic,social,environment,etc,this paper analyzes the rural decline and alienation under the influence of�deterritorialization�,and the rural production crisis under the erosion of�circuit of capital�,and the crisis of social autonomy caused by the�path-dependence�,and the extinction of local style under the logic of �spatial copying� of villages in South Jiangsu to ensure the value orientation of rural planning in South Jiangsu.Secondly,this paper carries on the connotation analysis and concept deconstruction of the construction concept of "characteristic pastoral village",and analyzes the concept of the related construction on this basis,and clarifies the target and planning framework of its planning and construction,and puts forward the hierachical and sub-regional target of "characteristic pastoral villages".Then,based on the researches and analyses above,this paper takes the pastoral production,rural life and pastoral ecology as the core organizational elements,and puts forward that characteristic clustering,greenpriority,agricultural industrialization and endogenous activation are the starting points of the rural planning in South Jiangsu in the contemporary context,and after defining the planning principles of �characteristic pastoral village�,puts forward planning strategies for � characteristic pastoral village � in South Jiangse like collaborative symbiosis with characteristic regional integration under the framework of the planning strategy of constructing the link,ecological blood invigoration,Industrial hematopoiesis and life replenishment;reconstruction of pastoral watery villages under the texture dimension;agricultural revitalization under eco-economic guidance;the construction diversification under the guidance of endogenous development,etc.Finally,this paper takes Xixiang Village,Wuzhong district,Suzhou as an example to explore the planning practice of�characteristic pastoral village�in South Jiangsu.
