With the development of many engineering projects,large diameter prestressed concrete filled steel tubular precast concrete pipes have been widely used in engineering.In this paper,a new type of tire pipeline lifting truck is designed for the field mobile demand of large-scale precast concrete pipe.The overall design of the new type of tyre pipe lifting truck is carried out,and the stability,the static and dynamic characteristics of the system are studied and analyzed,so as to realize the high efficiency operation of the lifting truck.The main contents are as follows:(1)According to the working environment characteristics and functional requirements,based on the existing gantry crane on the research of new pipeline crane truck design and structure selection,and finish the selection of heavy door beams,tractor chassis,tires and so on.(2)The transmission scheme of hoisting mechanism is determined,the lifting mechanism parameters of hoisting gate are matched and calculated,and the matching calculation of motor power and wire rope of hoisting mechanism is completed.(3)The stability evaluation index of a new type of tire lift truck is established,and the stability analysis of the three common working conditions of the lifting truck is carried out by using the stable moment method.The stability moment of the truck during the rollover and rollover is calculated respectively,and the results show that the vehicle has good stability.(4)The three-dimensional model and finite element model of a new type of tire lift truck are established,and its static analysis is carried out.Through the static analysis of full load bending condition and full load torsion condition,the stress and strain are tested,and the stress concentration area and the bigger deformation part are improved.(5)The finite element dynamic simulation analysis of the model is carried out.Dynamic mechanical analysis mainly includes the modal analysis and transient dynamics analysis of the portal frame and the frame.The natural frequencies and vibration modes of the first six orders are determined by modal analysis.Compared with the vibration frequency values caused by the road surface factors,the resonance phenomenon of the vehicle will not occur,and the design requirements can besatisfied.In order to study the dynamic stiffness and strength of the whole vehicle,the right wheel of door beam applied Y axis force to simulate the right wheel to meet obstacles,and the transient dynamic simulation analysis of the working condition is carried out.The results show that there is no stress concentration area and larger deformation area,and the model meets the design requirements.
