Study On The Standardization Of Construction Cost Management Of Commercial And Residential Projects

Prior to the construction of the engineering cost management stage includes,commodity and management stage,the stage of project implementation including design stage,bidding stage,construction stage,completion acceptance and later stage of evaluation.The management of the project cost in the perspective of the construction unit includes the engineering bidding stage,the engineering construction stage and the project completion acceptance stage management.However,during the construction units for cost management,engineering construction stages for the building products formation,the construction phase of the site resources precise configuration and management of the technical level,advocate complementary equipment selection,schedule is not effective implementation,is the important reason for the project cost out of control.With the mature of the construction technology and enrichment of project management and project quality,time limit for a project,cost and so on the balance of the multi-objective optimization has become the inevitable developing trend of engineering cost,many of the cost management theory and methods have been unable to fully control variable of the complicated engineering cost management in construction site,therefore,this article is one of the method of combining standardized management,engineering cost management method,many predecessors experience in the construction site management and execution of the existing building standards,construction of residential and commercial projects cost management standardization system,will make the commercial residential project construction phase of the project cost management work orderly and effectively.This paper firstly the concept of project cost management,standardized management were discussed and its development history,combed the relevant theories of engineering cost management standardization,experience,executive standard now.Then,on the basis of residential and commercial projects in the construction stage engineering cost management,according to their degree of cost out of control,cause the main cause of out of control,and gradually analysis combined with the construction cost management and standardized management,to develop a complete set of commercial residential project construction phase of the project cost management standardization system,and then tell the full management standardization system applied to residential and commercial projects(infinite)century city project,than the establishment of a specific management measures,in the end,through the analytichierarchy process(ahp)to century city project implementation the effect after the construction phase of the project cost management standardization,was evaluated,the results for the high level of category management standardization.
