With the development of expressway in recent years,both regional and national economy has been greatly promoted.As a temporary project that must be built in the early stage of expressway,construction sites have become a prerequisite and necessary condition for formal construction of expressways.However,there are new challenges posing to the current shortage of resources and energy and environmental damage because of the rapid increase of construction sites.The construction of green expressway construction has become an important measure to save resources and energy and reduce environmental damage.Standardized green construction site is not only the "first step" of the construction of expressway,but also the foundation of realizing green expressway.Currently,the concept of standardization and green construction have been gradually applied into practice in some construction sites,and certain results have been achieved,but there is no scientific and systematic evaluation system and method.This article combines the actual situation of our country,the evaluation index system is put forward on the basis of the extensive investigation on the expressway standardization and green construction site,the evaluation system model is established by analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,the evaluation system model of green construction site construction of expressway standardization is verified by an engineering example.Based on the above research,the conclusions are as follows:(1)The concept of standardized green construction site for expressway is illustrated:Based on the concept of standardization and green expressway,combining the characteristics of construction site for expressway,the basic meaning of standardized green construction site is defined in this paper.Simultaneously,advantages and disadvantages of their construction site standardization evaluation system is analyzed,so as to extract valuable information for the construction of the evaluation system of this subject.(2)The index system of standardized green construction site for expressway is established: after referring to a large number of literatures,the selection methods and principles of indicators of standardized green construction site and green expressway evaluation system are refined,analyzed and summarized.Based on the Technical Requirements for Evaluation of Green Transportation Facilities Part 1: Green expressway(JT/T 1199.1-2018)and Evaluation Standard for Green Buildings(GB/T 50378-2019),relevant indexes of standardized green construction site evaluation are refined,and a standardized green construction site evaluation system for expressway including 4 standard layers and 26 factor layers is established.(3)Constructing the evaluation system model of standardized green construction site for expressway: by comparing the characteristics of index weight determination methods including entropy weight method,principal component analysis method,Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process,as well as the applicability of construction site,the weight is selected,the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)is adopted,and the Obscure comprehensive evaluation is used to construct the evaluation system model of standardized green construction site for expressway.The evaluation consists of five classes of very good,good,average,poor,very poor.(4)Example verification of standardized green construction site for expressway evaluation system model: taking the standardized green construction site of TJ bid section of RF expressway as an example,the theoretical model is evaluated.Through case analysis,the model is analyzed according to the data obtained from the construction site and the score of experts,thus the feasibility of the theoretical model is verified,and relevant suggestions and improvement measures for the indicators with low score are proposed.
