Intelligent High-voltage electrical equipment not only the key promote intelligent substation development,but also build a strong smart grid and the cornerstone of the global energy Internet.The intelligent terminal,which is one of intelligent substation process layer core intelligent electronic equipment(Intelligent Electronic Device,referred to as one of the IED).And it is also an important digital communication interface for intelligent substation to solve a high-voltage electrical equipment,and it realizes the interval-oriented monitoring and control.With the popularity of the power industry standard IEC61850,and the intelligent acquisition,intelligent control,embedded and optical fiber communications and other advanced technology used in the power equipment manufacturing industry,conform to high-voltage electrical equipment integration,intelligent development trend,research and design more miniaturization,digital intelligent terminal equipment,so that it can be better with the primary electrical equipment ontology integration,which is of great engineering significance for optimizing the structure design of intelligent substation.Firstly,in this paper studies the practical application of traditional intelligent terminal equipment in intelligent substation,at the same time research and analysis of functional characteristics of intelligent terminal related products at home and abroad.Combine with the gas insulated high-voltage switchgear(Gas Insulated Switchgear,referred to as GIS)in the circuit breaker and other switching equipment switching control features,put forward a digital intelligent terminal design.A kind of intelligent terminal equipment platform with "GIS intelligent control unit + intelligent terminal display unit" is designed,and GIS intelligent control unit is the main research object in this paper.Secondly,according to the main function of GIS intelligent control unit,studied the intelligent IED information model based on IEC61850 standard,and completed the overall design of hardware and software system of GIS intelligent control unit.In the hardware system,completed the design of GIS intelligent control unit core board and peripheral circuit.And the GIS intelligent control unit core board using embedded processor ARM9(S3C2440A)as the main control chip design,focusing on the core board peripheral circuits: power conversion circuit,the switch into the open circuit,analog signal processing circuit,Ethernet communication Interface circuit,storage circuit and LCD display and other related circuits.In addition,describes how to improve the anti-electromagnetic interference measures.Software design is in the ARM Developer Suite integrated development environment,the use of modular design principles,complete the system main program module,data acquisition module,switch output module,communication module software development,in addition,the LCD liquid crystal Module display interface for software design.At the end of this paper,completed the construction of the system experiment platform,and the basic functions of data acquisition,switch control and network communication of the GIS intelligent control unit are simulated.At the same time studied the contents of GOOSE message structure of actual substation using Ethereal message analysis software.Through the test to meet the basic requirements of the system requirements,verify the feasibility of this design ideas for digital GIS intelligent terminal product development to lay the foundation.
