Facing the frequent occurrence of various kinds of fire and explosion,the firefighting environment has become more and more complex.How to better protect the life and safety of rescuers in the increasingly severe fire environment has aroused widespread concern in academia,so real-time perception of on-site environmental information has become imminent.In this context,the environment information system comes into being,the environment information system includes a variety of sensor module,sensor network and control center,sensor module through the communication network transmittes information to the control center,which has the ability to perceive the environment.This paper uses low-power Bluetooth communication network,Android system as the control center,the firefighting service module,embedded integrated temperature humidity module,heart rate module,smoke concentration module,Co module and sensor module,real-time sensing of fire scene,firefighters individual information and the perception of information transmission to the cloud,commands personnel to analysis.flame temperature sensing is also very important in the field of Intelligent firefighting environment sensing system.This paper through using RGB three components color image Based on the image information in the color CCD fire Helmet Camera,process image noise,uses three primary-color to flame temperature method,realizes the estimation of flame temperature based on image analysis.The main contents of this paper include the following aspects:(1)Based on the analysis of the technology of Embedded Internet of things and Bluetooth Low Energy(BLE),we consider the structure of traditional firefighting clothing,propose the integrated design of environmental information sensing system in firefighting clothing.(2)Design an application in firefighting service environment information system,in the basis of traditional firefighters’ clothing,add hardware platform with Android as the control center,in addition to a heart rate sensor,infrared temperature module,temperature and humidity module,gas detection module etc.The sensor acquisition information is transmitted to thecontrol center through the low power Bluetooth network.Then send the sensor information to cloud and the control center through the field network.(3)According to image principle of the color CCD image sensor,we take the helmet embedding color CCD camera to get the image information in intelligent fire-fight,through median filter and OSTU threshold segmentation ect methods to remove image noise,then apply the three primary-color to flame temperature measurement method to realize the flame temperature estimation.After multi-source information fusion algorithm analysis,we use perception.(4)After multi-source information fusion algorithm analysis,we use perception information from environmental-awareness system to fire service warning module and send the perception information to the fire-monitoring platform.Finally,we test the entire environment-awareness system in an experimental environment.
