With the continuous improvement of the informatization level,special vehicles have got further improvement in performance,and more and more electrical equipment,including the precision electrical equipments with higher requirements of power quality are installed in special vehicles to be used as the vehicle electrical equipment,which set a higher request to the vehicle power supply system on power supply quality,fault diagnosis,monitoring,protection power management,and other aspects of the ability.The structure and the management systems of traditional vehicle power supplies have been unable to meet the new demand for electricity of vehicle electrical equipment.Therefore,it is very necessary to design an intelligent,effective,reliable vehicle power management system.The analysis and research on the traditional vehicle power and its control system of this paper mainly start from two aspects:to improve the quality of power supply and to prolong the continuous power supply time of vehicles when they work in the wild and carry limite resources.and base on the analysis and research put forward a new vehicle power management system.The system uses the charge and discharge control for two groups of batteries to improve the utilization rate of the fuel oil,to provide uninterrupted power supply,so as to improve the quality of power supply of vehicle power supply systems.The system uses a modular design.About vehicle power supply structure,the diesel generating set of traditional vehicle power supply increased to two units,and increases a bi-directional battery discharge machine and a group of storage battery,through the charge and discharge control of the batery,and control of the inverter in the charge and discharge machine to realize hot backup,so as to realize smooth seamless switching between two diesel.generating set,so as to enhance the reliability of the system,ensure the higher quality of power supply system.the monitoring system's usage is to monitor the real-time operation state of each part of the vehicle power supply's main circuit and the on-off state of AC and DC loads,to realize intelligent data acquisition and processing,fault analysis and processing,the power converter and the loadswitching control;The battery management system complete real-time battery SOC estimation and considering the remaining battery capacity and the operation of the system need to charge and discharge control system.This paper design the software and hardware according to the function of each module,for the battery SOC estimation,this paper chose to use the method based on Calman filter.thinpaper build the two order RC model of the battery,use the least square method to complete parameters identification,build the state space equation according to the established cell model,and then estimate the battery SOC value using Calman filtering and ampere hour integral method,and adding temperature and charge discharge efficiency compensation to correct the calculation results,o as to improve the accuracy of estimating.Finally,to verify the feasibility and validity of the design scheme of this paper,a simulation model is built based on MATLAB Simulink,and a test prototype is completed.Simulation and experiment verified the stability and reliability of the intelligent vehicle power management system which is presented in this paper.
