With a sea area of almost 3 million square kilometers and abundant fishery resources,China has developed a prosperous fishery industry which could trace back centuries.However,along with the development of fishery industry have come the increasing incidents.Statistics show that by the end of 2012,there are total 25.8 billion Yuan economic losses and 646 wrecks as well as 142 people died or missing or injured due to fishery disaster.The disasters are majorly caused by the lack of professional emergency rescue equipment resulting crews not be able to send distress signal to other vessel or RCC in time.Therefore,it has great significance to design the professional emergency rescue equipment.Based on the research of current development of ship communication and rescue equipment,combined with TRIZ theory,in this paper the overall scheme of position indicator for finishing boat in distress is proposed.By using TRIZ theory,resource analysis,object-field model analysis and function analysis for position indicator can be done and the ultimately ideal solution is acquired.The paper also ascertains the overall structure scheme of the position indicator and designs the hydrostatic release unit,part of the indicator,and the spring in the unit.This paper designs the antenna mount installed in alarm module and analyzes its kinematic during the rising.Then through MATLAB/SIMULINK modeling half antenna mount,the theoretical analysis could be verified.There will be a spring to support the antenna mount.To get the maximum driving force which is essential to design the spring,a kinetic equation is established and solved under special condition.It followed by the verification of the spring using ADAMS.As per requirement of position electrical control system,MCU,electromagnet,alarm lamp,GPS module and radiophone are decided.Also this paper designs the electric relay drive circuit,charging circuit to charge battery with solar energy,battery voltage compare circuit,and timing circuit which use NE555 chip.The electrical control system software is created to manage the position indicator.To test and verify the designed position indicator meets the relevant requirement,a proto is manufactured to conduct a series of experiments,these are mechanism experiments and electrical control system experiment.Hydrostatic release unit automatic unlock and manually unlock,antenna mount unlock experiment are included by mechanism experiments.Solar energy charge experiment,timing circuit and electric relay control and GPS module test are included by electrical control system experiment.
