| The "Public entrepreneurship,innovation" has become China’s important national strategy.No matter the innovation,invention,creation and innovation,they all should be transformed into productivity and generate the economic benefits,then can it be called the innovation.On the basis of the theory of TRIZ innovation method,it can help us break through the thinking pattern,analyze and solve problems in different ways,identify problems to the further exploring directions,eventually develop products with competitive innovation.The theory of TRIZ innovation method is introduced to the car to design and research the pedestrian protection system.With the method of the pedestrian protection systems for structural analysis,the resource analysis and the contradiction analysis,finally get the ideal solutions,and through the components of the system model is established in this paper,making the scheme to be presented and implemented.The paper’s contents mainly contained are as follows:The first chapter mainly recommends the research background,and this paper introduces the research status of pedestrian protection systems at home and abroad,explaining the automobile airbag system composition and the working principles,illustrating the main research contents of this paper.The second chapter introduces the main contents of the method of TRIZ innovation,comparing the computer aided innovation software of TRIZ at home and abroad,finally we use the Pro-Innovator as the system analysis software in this paper.This paper makes the function structure analysis,causal analysis,and resource analysis for the pedestrian protection system to find the starting point of this problem.The third chapter introduces he four aspects the establishment of technical contradiction and analyzed respectively with the aid of computer aided innovation software Pro/Innovator,the four aspects are the material characteristics of airbags in the protection system,the airbag control unit,the installation position of intermediate control device,and the problem of the large gravity height.After received and the integrated of four kinds of solutions,the final optimized solution is got.In the fourth chapter,the designs and models of the front,the central and the back of the envelope are established respectively based on Solidworks,and the installation position of airbag control unit is determined and the control device is modeled.Finally,the working and the control modes of the airbags protection system is set forth.The fifth chapter introduces and classifies the appearance structure and the parametric effects of different models,making different models of airbag model with the parametric design,establishing the parts parameter design table and getting different deformation models.The sixth chapter summarizes and prospects the research works of this paper. |
