The total amount of water resources in Jiujiang city is rich,but the inter annual distribution is uneven,and seasonal water shortage often occurs.Jiujiang's ponds is numerous,widely distributed,Ever fount provide fresh blood for agricultural production in Jiujiang city,and play an important role in flood control and drought resistance.This paper is based on Jiujiang 38160 ponds,research and analyze the basic situation of Jiujiang village.Calculate the water supply of Jiujiang ponds using existing hydrological data,referring to the Jiujiang crop planting structure,calculate the value of irrigation water.According to the hydrological characteristics of ponds,analyses the water resources utilization of Jiujiang Tang on the comprehensive consideration of ponds and water resources utilization,agricultural water-saving technology,farmland irrigation area and population growth speed on the basis of the selection of economic development,coordinated development and water-saving 3 scenarios,under different irrigation guarantee rate under the condition of using the multi-objective scenario analysis method of water resources carrying capacity of Jiujiang ponds.In the basis of calculating the bearing capacity of the Jiujiang Shan,12 evaluation indexes are selected,the establishment of Jiujiang water resources carrying capacity of ponds and comprehensive evaluation index system,using comprehensive weight and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,the factor of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation by comprehensive evaluation matrix.The results showed that: in 2020 and 2030 50%,irrigation guarantee rate of 75% compared to the comprehensive evaluation of irrigation guarantee rate of the comprehensive score high in the 3 scenarios,75% irrigation ponds water resources carrying capacity is 50% rate under the irrigation guarantee rate decline,in50% irrigation guarantee rate,ponds and good carrying capacity.According to the scenario analysis method of water resources carrying capacity of Jiujiang ponds,using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluates water resources carrying capacity of ponds in jiuiiang city.According to the evaluation results,put forward to improve the carrying capacity of the Jiujiang Shan measures,to provide reference for improving the efficient use of water resources in Jiujiang village.
