In recent years,the quality level of our construction project rising.But in general industrial and civil engineering,basic engineering,the quality more problems.Due to construction works relatively long period of use,if quality problems or problems,the consequences of its existence,often more direct and serious than other products.This requires further strengthen the construction quality of management and control,to build a scientific and efficient quality control system to ensure quality of the project fundamentally.Therefore,how to research the use of advanced quality management and control methods to ensure the quality of the project has important practical significance.In this thesis,based on literature analysis,a comprehensive quality management method and empirical analysis method,to Tianjin port east KanHin construction project as the research object,the analysis of the present situation,the project quality management evaluation of project quality management,project quality management measures,implementation of theoretical and practical significance of this study.First of all,based on the introduction and comprehensive quality management theories are briefly described,briefly summarizes the research background and the research object,analysis of the research status of project quality management at home and abroad,combing and analysis of project quality management theory.Secondly,in view of Tianjin port east Hin engineering construction project quality management as the research object,the construction project situation are introduced,at the same time to explore the status of comprehensive quality management project.Furthermore,this paper makes an empirical analysis of the case,through a comprehensive quality management evaluation of the whole project score,full control of the management level of quality influencing factors,analyze the factors affecting the case project quality score lower,making management and control measures of project quality management,quality management methods of dynamic form.Finally,according to the case of quality management analysis,based on the theory of quality management,to develop a reasonable safeguard measures to promote the smooth development of the project.
