Research On BIM Bidding Adapted To City Information Modeling (CIM) Platform

In recent years,under the promotion of policy guidance,standard development and application demonstration,China’s new generation of information technology has been rapidly developed and penetrated into various industries,and the information technology represented by City Information Modeling(CIM)and Building Information Model(BIM)has been deeply integrated with urban construction,which has become an important trend of future urban informatization and intelligent development and an important driving force for upgrading and transformation.BIM,as the main model base of CIM,provides strong information and technical support for the digital construction of cities with its refinement,intensive and informative management ideas.In this paper,based on the national policy orientation of city A to build a future digital city and CIM platform construction,we study the bidding of urban water conservancy projects applying BIM technology,aiming to meet the needs of CIM platform construction by standardizing the BIM implementation content in the bidding documents,completing the selection of BIM units and indirectly promoting the digital construction of city A.The paper mainly from the perspective of the owner and bidding agent,the following research is done on how to standardize the content of BIM application in the bidding documents.First,based on the research background to fully understand and understand the development status of CIM technology and BIM technology at home and abroad,through the review of information and literature,summarize the main forms of project bidding applying BIM technology in China,and compare and analyze with traditional bidding,and summarize the special features of the content of its bidding documents.Secondly,summarize the requirements of BIM model for the construction of CIM platform in A city,refer to the relevant standards and norms in China,make content additions and suggestions for each part of the requirements;and then analyze the main points of BIM application in the design phase and construction phase,propose the main operation process of each application point and the content to be delivered in the application process,so as to provide a basis for the owner and bidding agent to prepare the content of BIM contract in the bidding documents and This will provide a basis for the owner and bidding agent to prepare the BIM contract content and evaluation index selection in the bidding documents.Finally,based on the above research,the design of the standardized bidding documents for urban water conservancy projects applying BIM technology in city A was carried out,the content of the bidding preparation and the composition of the bidding documents were determined,the composition and weighting of the evaluation indexes based on BIM were studied,the key points of the preparation of BIM contract clauses were summarized,and the implementation effect of the research results was verified by combining with a bidding case of a project in city A.
