With the development of high-rise residential area,city wind environment is becoming more complex,combined with the requirement to improve the residential outdoor comfort,improving the outdoor wind environment of high-rise residential area arouses the concern of the society,but mainly focus on high-rise residential area itself.However,high-rise residential area not only affects its own outdoor wind environment,but also affects the wind environment of its adjacent urban space.Improving the adjacent city space's wind environment with reasonable planning will be more important.The wind environment characteristics and evaluation standards are different in different climatic zones.This paper takes the cold area as the research area and takes Tianjin as an example to study the wind environmental impact characteristics.And optimizes the outdoor wind environment of multi-rise residential area surrounding the high-rise residential area,so as to enhance the comfort of the wind environment and realize the harmonious integration.Firstly,the paper studies the urban wind environment and the climate characteristics of Tianjin by the method of literature reading,which provides the data base for wind environment simulation.Secondly,the paper studies the evaluation system of outdoor wind environment in cold area,which provides the basis for the optimization of the wind environment.The layout pattern and combination pattern of high-rise residential area and multi-layer residential area in Tianjin city are summarized to provide the model basis for wind environment simulation.By using PHOENICS software to simulate the wind environment of eight settlements,the characteristics of the outdoor wind environment of high-rise residential area affect the adjacent multi-rise residential area are obtained through the comparative analysis.Finally,the optimization strategy is put forward according to the characteristics of wind environment.The main achievements of this paper include: building residential outdoor wind environment standards and evaluation system which is suitable for cold regions;summarizing typical models of high-rise residential area and multi-layer residential area in Tianjin;putting forward the concrete method of simulation and evaluation of residential area wind environment;the architectural form,building orientation,spatial layout,relative location,spatial relations,axis spacing and other factors effect the wind environment characteristics;the specific strategies of optimizing the wind environment of high-rise residential areas are proposed from the aspects of building monomer level,group layout,site design and plant distribution.
