Rapid urbanization makes the greenspace in the city more precious.The frequent occurrence of urban waterlogging put forward higher requirements to urban renewal,especially the ecological function of urban parks.In the context of sponge city's rapid development,how the construction level and ecological adaptability of the stormwater park in the city about? How do the users assess the stormwater park? And what's the adaptation relationship between them? In view of the above problems,taking the existing stormwater park and their users as the research object,the author constructs the evaluation system of urban stormwater park adaptability.In addition to selecting two stormwater park,Tianjin Bridge Park and Shijiazhuang Donghuan Park as the research objects,two common parks,Tianjin Changhong Park and Chang'an Park in Shijiazhuang,were selected as the comparative cases.According to the commonness and difference of the four parks,the comprehensive evaluation system of urban parks is established by using analytic hierarchy process(AHP),which is based on the comprehensive adaptability of urban parks,with experience perception,recreation participation,park construction function and ecology as secondary research criteria.Among them,the subjective program layer index is completed by the proportion of the survey data of each park users,and the objective program layer indicators through research and statistics,analysis and calculation,as well as the definition of assignment to complete.Then the evaluation matrix is established by fuzzy evaluation method(FCE),then the final fitness score result is obtained by combining the weights of each index calculated by the expert group decision of the whole evaluation system.According to the comparison and evaluation results,the perception experience of stormwater park is close to the ordinary park,the recreation participation is slightly worse than the ordinary park.On the aspect of park construction,there is a big gap between Donghuan Park and Bridge Park,while the ecology shows the trend of coexistence of advantages and disadvantages.Therefore,although the evaluation result of stormwater park is generally better,the degree of adaptability between users and stormwater park objects is different between among rainfalls parks and different criteria.Based on the results of the above four criteria,this paper puts forward the corresponding optimization strategies according to the existing problems of the stormwater park,so as to provide reference for the design and renewal of the similar stormwater park.
