With the acceleration of urbanization in China,the field of intelligent building is also developing rapidly.At present,China's intelligent building market has great potential,but the development level still has a certain gap with the developed countries.Intelligent buildings include air conditioning,electricity,lighting,water supply and drainage,fire and other systems.The efficient and safe operations of all systems need the support of stable the intelligent controller.A good intelligent building controller can effectively reduce the energy consumption of building equipment and improve the level of intelligent building.But there are few domestic controller products and only share a small market of the intelligent building.Foreign controller products are mostly very expensive.So,it is urgent to research and develop good performance,cost-effective domestic intelligent building controller.Based on the core board provided by Feiling embedded company,this paper designs the hardware circuit schematic diagram of each functional module,and makes PCB board fabrication and component soldering.The Linux embedded operating system is tailored and ported to the controller,including the the Linux kernel,bootloader and file systems.The driver and applications are designed for the various functional modules.Users can design their own specific applications on this embedded operating system platform.The controller has digital and analog input and output functions,RS-485 communication function,RS-232 debugging serial port,Ethernet,SD card and so on.The results show that the core board based on ARM architecture can be extended with many modules,with high processor precision and high response speed.The controller can not only collect data and control equipment operation in buildings,but can also upload the data collected through communication modules.Equipments can be interconnected through Ethernet.The research and development of the controller costs much lower than foreign products.Through all kinds of transmitter and actuator,the controller can not only be used in the field of air conditioning system which has many control points,can also be used in building lighting,electric system and fire protection system,achieving the goal of general purpose.It is conducive to promoting the domestic intelligent building controller research to a certain extent.
