Since 2010,Chinese shipbuilding industry had gradually become the first rank of the world and annual shipbuilding production has been ranked third in the world,compared with South Korea,Japan,the two major shipbuilding countries,there is still a certain gap in production technology and production efficiency.At present,the intensifying of the mode of traditional to modern shipbuilding mode is the only way for China to transform from a major shipbuilding country to a world shipbuilding power.If we want to realize the transformation of modern shipbuilding mode,we must eliminate the shortage of ship production management to the ship production efficiency.Hull segment workshop scheduling is an important part of ship production management,this research for the development of shipbuilding industry has a very important significance.This paper was based on the research findings both here and abroad,fixed location production and flow line production,the paper proposed the fixed-object production line model.Secondly,based on the operation mode and production characteristics of the fixedobject production line model,the scheduling technology was summarized and analyzed,including production rhythm,production resource balance,operator assignment and dispatching.Thirdly,to scheduling technology as the foundation,this paper established the model of fixed object flow workshop,which included the model of work team formation and the model of work team assignment.Fourthly,a method based on adaptive simulated annealing genetic algorithm is proposed to solve the fixed object pipeline model,and then,as "shortest duration" the goal,the paper verified the results of the example and verify the feasibility of the algorithm..Finally,the application of simulation methods to verify the feasibility and validity of the adaptive annealing genetic Genetic Algorithm.It is very important to solve the scheduling problem of the fixed object flow workshop.
