Diesel engine monitoring system is an important equipment to ensure the safe and reliable operation of diesel engines.Due to the diversity of diesel engine's model and the occasions of different use,most of the monitoring system must be designed targeted,resulting in long development cycle,and difficult controlling of the cost.The purpose of this paper is to develop a flexible and functional scalable monitoring system,which can carry out the combustion analysis.Pro vide the monitoring system of R&D institutions and production plant with the equipment program and technical support.The hardware of system uses the mainstream shelf products of market,ensuring the system not only can take full advantage of the latest results,but also haas a rich supply reserves and good price ratio.Develop a key configuration function to achieve rapid integration of product hardware.The software of system develops the functional software module,such as system configuration,data display,data playback and processing,data storage and release management.Through the reconstruction of common modules to achieve the rapid development of different needs of the software.With in-depth research and experimental verification,develop a dedicated combustion analysis module,ensuring the high-end features of the product and advanced technology.In this paper,comparative analysis the method of calculating the heat release rate and heat transfer coefficient,proposing a new calculation method reducing errors due to parameters that can not be obtained.The method requires less parameter and the result is more acurrate.The improved heat transfer coefficient calculation formula is simple and the measurement accuracy is high.From the point of view of simplifying the experiment and improving the precision,The calculation formula of the heat transfer coefficient of the inner wall of the cylinder is optimized.Basing on diesel engine TBD620 this paper did the experimental tests,and the method of test is single-cylinder test.The results showed that this system is in good condition and can meet the need of signal acquisition,work diagram drawing and data processing and preservation.This system has laid a foundation for the fault diagnosis technology of diesel engine in part.At last,this paper worked on the error analysis and put forward the optimization measures.
