The ship cabin layout design is an important part of the ship general layout design.Good layout of the cabin can ensure the effective function of the cabin.It can also help to improve the working efficiency and living standard of the crew.At present,the ship cabin layout design is often based on the experience of designers.They determine the design scheme which is inefficient and lack of scientific basis by repeated drawing and modeling.To solve this problem,this paper studies the optimization of the cabin layout with the research results of the 2D layout design.At the same time,based on the parametric design thinking,the ship district parametric design system is developed on the UG platform to achieve the purpose of establishing the ship district model efficiently.The main research works are as follows:First of all,according to the overall structure and design characteristics of the living district of the ship,the structure of the living district is divided,and the design criteria system of the ship's living district is constructed according to the domestic and foreign ship design standards.The importance and frequency of the association of the living district cabin are analyzed from the perspective of the crew operation using the chain analysis method.Then calculate the connection chain value and clarify the relationship between the cabins.Secondly,the study on the optimization and evaluation of the layout of the ship's living district is carried out.Based on the abutment strength and the circulation strength of the cabin,the simplified model and mathematical model of the regional cabin layout are established.The improved genetic algorithm is used to optimize the layout of the ship's living district,and the design of the optimization scheme is completed.In the aspect of scheme evaluation,the evaluation index system of the ship's living district layout and the AHP-FCA comprehensive evaluation method system are constructed.The AHP method is used to evaluate the index of each level,and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the layout scheme.Thirdly,According to the system requirements of the ship district layout parameterization system,the functional modules of the system are determined and the overall framework of the system is constructed.From the perspective of UG parametric design method,the knowledge fusion design method is used to develop the ship district layout module and the ship deck module,the graphical template parametric design method is used todevelop the ship typical cabin module.At the same time,UG/Open MenuScript and UG/Open UIStyler are used to design the main menu and dialog box respectively,and the three-dimensional model of the ship's living district layout scheme is constructed conveniently.Finally,the layout of the ship's living district is designed by using the improved genetic algorithm.The layout optimization scheme is established and the operation chain analysis is carried out.The AHP-FCA comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the scheme fuzzyly and determine the final layout scheme.On this basis,the developed ship district layout parameterization system is used to model the optimization scheme,and the design is completed quickly and efficiently.
