| As the control center of the ship, the wheelhouse plays an important role in ship safety navigation. With the widely application of parametric concept into the field of mechanics and ergonomics in the ship design, the concept of ship design gradually tends to the parametric design based on ergonomics. Nowadays, in the design of wheelhouse of the ship, it usually takes a great amount of time to evaluate the adaptive feature of ergonomic system. Faced with this problem, the parametric design concept based on ergonomics in this thesis are carried out to develop wheelhouse of the ship parametric design system in the UG platform for the purpose of improving man-machine adaptive feature of wheelhouse of the ship. The main studies are as follows:Firstly, based on the structural characteristics of wheelhouse of the ship and the requirement for ergonomic, the thesis divides the structure of wheelhouse of the ship. And according to domestic and foreign ergonomics design criteria of wheelhouse of the ship, the thesis constructs ergonomics criteria system aimed at the parametric design of wheelhouse of the ship. Besides, the thesis researches the parametric design and secondary development technology of developing the system, providing the theoretical and technological support.Secondly, the thesis studies the overall program of wheelhouse of the ship parametric design system and determines the overall function, the target, parametric design methods,secondary development tools and overall functional structure of the system. From the ergonomic point of view, the thesis theoretically analyzes the horizon design of wheelhouse and develops calculation module of horizon design of wheelhouse, besides, the thesis integrates this module to the UG system by making use of UG secondary technology, thus providing the theoretical and technological support for ergonomic design of the wheelhouse.Thirdly, the thesis develops hull surface parametric modeling program by making use of UG/KF technology. Based on the UG/Open and Visual C++6.0, the thesis develops the parametric modeling program of each module of wheelhouse. What’s more, the thesis develops relevant menu and modeling interface with UG/Open MenuScript and UG/Open UIStyler tool and accomplishes parametric modeling of the hull and wheelhouse, which generates the three-dimensional model of both hull surface and each model of wheelhouse.Lastly, the thesis researches the three-dimensional parametric overall layout design of wheelhouse of the ship and realizes the parametric design of the wheelhouse overall layout.By the ergonomics parametric design to 4000t dry cargo ship and the comparison of the UG measure result and system design result, the study proves the conformity of design result to ergonomic standard and verifies that the system developed in this paper can be used for engineering design. |
