In a large number of carrier based aircraft support operations,ammunition support operation is one of the bottlenecks that affect it's dispatched and recovery capacity.The carrier aircraft ammunition support system is mainly responsible for the ammunition supply operation,in combat,there is a limited period of time to complete hanging elastic work and ready to take off again to enter combat after aircraft landed,time is very tight.So the safe and efficient ammunition support system is an important guarantee to improve the capacity of the carrier based aircraft dispatched and recovery.The process of ammunition support involved in numerous and complex operations,in aircraft carrier the number of ammunition lifts and the space of deck is limited,in order to ensure carrier aircraft's requirement of ammunition support in the combat,it is necessary to carry out the overall optimization of ammunition support tasks and arrange the ammunition scheduling sequence reasonably.When the carrier is in urgent operational status,due to the limit of lift's numbers and ammunition elevator group numbers the need of all ammunitions supported by ammunition may not be able to complete the task within the allotted time,if the ammunition cache is set on the deck can effectively improve the efficiency of ammunition support to ensure the completion of the task within the specified time.First of all,the composition of ammunition transport system is analyzed,and the main flow of ammunition transport is described in detail in the light of different operation conditions.The overall framework design of ammunition support simulation system is completed.Secondly,the operation characteristics and some problems of the ammunition support simulation system and the problems of serious conflict,low resource utilization and large demand of personnel are described,and made brief analysis of the deck ammunition cache.In this paper,the "Nimitz" class aircraft carrier aircraft in a combat situation fixed combat sorties and ammunition consumption were analyzed and calculated,and the calculation rules of the ammunition requirement of the carrier aircraft are obtained.Again,in view of the special nature of ammunition scheduling,based on the standard particle swarm algorithm by adding linear weight and learning factor method to improve the algorithm,and use the improved particle swarm algorithm with each wave of ammunitionsupport total task completion time for the minimum objective function.Under the different operation condition respectively designed the encoding,decoding and evolution rules of the algorithm.And use the IPSO to carry out the case simulation.By analyzing the simulation results,it is proved that the improved particle swarm optimization algorithm is effective in solving the ammunition scheduling problem.Finally,the modularization design and function realization of the carrier aircraft ammunition support simulation system are carried out,and by using the simulation system in different ammunition support mission requirements take ammunition transport group number as control variables for simulation experiment.Through the analysis of simulation data,it is concluded that the effect of ammunition cache on the efficiency of ammunition support,which provides reference for the setting of ammunition cache area and the number of ammunition transport group.
