| The strike and deterrence capabilities of the aircraft carrier battle group are closely related to the dispatch capabilities of the carrier-based aircraft on the aircraft carrier.The ammunition storage and transportation operations on the aircraft carrier are one of the key factors that affect the dispatch efficiency of the carrier-based aircraft.The ammunition storage and transportation process of aircraft carriers involves numerous and complex links,which are restricted by space and resource constraints.How to make full use of the narrow space in the aircraft carrier ammunition warehouse and the rapid generation of ammunition transfer scheduling schemes has important practical significance for improving the self-sustainability of aircraft carrier ammunition and achieving efficient carrier-based aircraft dispatch and recovery operations.In order to improve the space utilization of aircraft carrier ammunition storage and the efficiency of aviation ammunition transfer,this paper uses the aircraft carrier of the United States as a reference to analyze the layout of aviation ammunition and the transfer of aviation ammunition,establish mathematical models and solve optimization problems,and develop aircraft carrier aviation ammunition storage.Run a visual prototype system to simulate and verify the optimized scheme.The specific research work is as follows:First of all,based on the analysis of the important and difficult points of the aircraft carrier ammunition layout,the characteristics and requirements of weapons and ammunition storage,a mathematical model based on the space utilization rate of the ammunition warehouse was established for the aircraft carrier’s multi-type ammunition layout,and the block optimization algorithm was used to stack each aviation ammunition.The layout plan is optimized.Compared with the traditional partitioning scheme,the effectiveness of this method in solving the problem of ammunition stacking layout is verified.Secondly,aiming at the issue of aircraft carrier aviation ammunition transfer,a mathematical model based on minimizing the maximum ammunition guarantee time was established.Taking the objective function of the aircraft carrier aviation ammunition transfer operation as the fitness function,a coding and decoding scheme that conforms to the ammunition transfer rules is formulated,and an improved adaptive mutation particle swarm algorithm is used to optimize the aviation ammunition transfer plan.It is compared with the optimized scheme of basic particle swarm algorithm to verify the superiority of the improved algorithm in solving the problem of aviation ammunition transfer scheduling.Finally,a visual prototype system for the storage and transportation of aircraft carrier aviation ammunition was developed,and the function of visualizing the optimized scheme in the system was realized to verify whether there would be operation interference.A case is designed in the visual prototype system of aircraft carrier aviation ammunition storage and transportation,and the influence of the number of bomb retrieval teams in the lower munitions library on the transit time is analyzed,and the law of the influence of bomb retrieval teams on the transit time is finally obtained. |
