Electric power industry is the pillar industry to ensure the normal operation of national economy,to maintain national energy security and to ensure normal production and life of the people.With continuous development of China's economy and continuous improvement of people's living standards,the demand for electricity is increasing.In recent years,State Grid Corporation of China has planed a large amount of capital investment for Mid-Tibet interconnection project construction,which will meet the electrical demands of Tibet economy and society,and also promote exploring the rich photo-voltaic and abundant hydropower resources.Mid-Tibet interconnection project is full of strategic,political and social significance.To achieve satisfactory construction quality under Tibet harsh environment condition has become an urgent problem to be solved.500kV Linzhi substation construction project is a very important substation construction project in the Mid-Tibet interconnection project.In order to ensure the effective implementation of quality control of the project,this paper executes deep analysis domestic and overseas quality management of construction projects,on that basis and combined with the environmental characteristics of Tibet region,it analyzes all the factors affecting the construction of 500 kV Linzhi substation project and puts forward the quality control schemes in the stage of preparation and implementation.According to the content and characteristics of substation construction in different stages,corresponding control measures are made for quality control of construction and acceptance stage,and specific quality control measures are formulated from the organization,system,materials technology and other aspects.In order to promote 500 kV Linzhi substation construction project in quality control,fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is introduced to build effect evaluation data model of project quality control,and the evaluation index data model mainly focuses on project quality control plan and control objectives.Through the analysis of evaluation results,the project quality control problems can be comprehended,and the project quality control can be gradually improved.Quality control theory is introduced to quality control of 500 kV Linzhi substation construction project,to a certain extent,it is conducive to the promotion of project quality management in technical level and to ensure the expected goal of project quality.In view of the special situation of 500 kV Linzhi substation construction project,this paper establishes specific quality control measures from the aspects of organization,system,material and technology,and provides a scientific basis for the implementation and improvement of quality control of 500 kV Linzhi substation construction project,which has certain reference significance for the quality control of other new substation construction projects.
