As an important guarantee project for people’s livelihood,the construction quality of substation project has a direct and significant impact on society,power enterprises and construction units.The state attaches great importance to the project quality problems in the process of substation construction,especially the quality control in the construction stage.Starting with the research on comprehensive evaluation of construction quality,it is of great significance to improve the overall level of project quality and solve the direct quality influencing factors.For this,starting from the background,significance and research progress of substation construction project quality evaluation at home and abroad,with the help of the basic theory of project quality management and evaluation,and based on the physical project of Jinan 1000kV substation,This paper comprehensively discusses the construction quality evaluation of substation professional engineering by fuzzy comprehensive method.Firstly,starting with the research background,research progress and basic theory of substation engineering construction and quality evaluation at home and abroad,this paper summarizes the current dynamic research results on substation engineering construction quality evaluation,and analyzes the deficiencies and contents to be improved in current domestic quality management and evaluation.Then,this paper discusses the quality management status and objectives of substation construction in Shandong,studies the control measures and potential quality problems combined with the characteristics of the project,and analyzes the quality influencing factors of substation construction,such as physical engineering,engineering data,equipment installation,safety and environmental protection,It provides support for building a perfect comprehensive construction quality evaluation index system.Finally,based on the characteristics of Jinan 1000kV substation project and the comprehensive fuzzy quality evaluation theory,a comprehensive quality evaluation system using entropy weight method and comprehensive fuzzy evaluation method is established,and the evaluation index system at all levels is quantitatively calculated and evaluated.At the same time,countermeasures and improvement measures are formulated for the evaluation results,It ensures the improvement and promotion of the quality of the new substation project.The evaluation of project construction quality in this paper is based on the case of physical substation project.Based on the comprehensive fuzzy quality evaluation system,the quantitative evaluation of substation project quality is realized,hoping to provide reference for further promoting the quality progress of substation and similar projects.
