The typhoon rainstorm disaster is the most frequent natural hazard in southern region of China,which has made significant loss in coastal areas,and seriously restrict the development of our country's economy.And it is easy to induce flooding.Government departments have to take emergency rescue measures in collaboration when it happened.For higher efficiency of the emergency works,it needs to improve cooperative abilities among various departments.The complete plans and the high efficient drills are the common methods in improving the capacities of cooperative emergency response.However,in reality,it is hard to design a complete emergency response plan and to conduct drills with full reference to emergency plans,which usually meets various problems,such as the contents of the plan departures from reality and the drills processes become formalistic in the process of implementing.Formulating disaster emergency plans and taking emergency drills can improve the cooperative abilities of various departments in emergency.The complete plans and the high efficiency drills does,however the others can hardly achieve this as they may cause various problems,for example,the plan contents is divorced from reality,the drills process become formalistic in the process of implementing.With the development of computer simulation technology,it is possible to make drill deduction under a virtual simulation environment.In order to achieve the requirement of the actual drill in a virtual simulation environment,this study used cellular automata model and combined with the traditional hydrological model to simulate the dynamic evolution of flood.Besides,the research analyzed the objects in the process of disaster emergency coordination and constructed the intelligent body emergency coordination deduction system using multi-agent modeling method from the perspective of process simulation.On those basis,the flood disaster emergency auxiliary decision support system is constructed.And the study applied it to a typical typhoon rainstorm disaster emergency process simulation in XiYuan river basin inFuzhou,Fujian province.The application provides effective technical support for the decision-making of emergency rescue for flooding.The method required less data,provided simulation calculation of high efficiency,and produced vivid results.In addition,it is also an important supplement for the typhoon rainstorm disasters than physical measures system in China,which.can easily transplant and strongly expand to other fields.
