Experiment is one of the indispensable links in teaching activities.It is an important way for students to apply professional knowledge into practice.It plays an important role in training students' ability to practice and to solve problems.Due to the high cost of hardware facilities,limited opening time,safety management and so on,the traditional laboratory cannot meet the needs of the students.In view of the above problems,the concept of remote operational laboratory based on network gets extensive attention on.It makes the traditional laboratory break through the limits of time and space,realizes the remote laboratory hardware resource sharing.It is a new phase of laboratory construction.This dissertation has done the following work:1?This thesis starts from the overall design of remote electrical measurement and control platform,analyses the overall requirements of the platform.The overall framework of the hardware and software is proposed.This platform uses ARM microcontroller based on cortex-m4 as the control core and Peltier temperature control device as the controlled object.An experimental platform of temperature measurement and control which can debug remotely is designed.2?The hardware design of the temperature measurement and control system is introduced.After analyzing the characteristics of the commonly used temperature sensor,this thesis selects the appropriate temperature sensor and designs the adaptive circuit of temperature measurement,and gives four realization scheme of temperature control circuit at the same time.3?According to the function needed of the temperature measurement and control system,this thesis gives the general design scheme of the software design.Through the modular design idea,each subroutine function is realized in turn.PID control algorithm is used as the method of temperature control.4?After studying the characteristics of two methods of remote debugging in CCS integrated development environment,this thesis chooses the command-line tool to construct remote debugging program.Web service via Lab VIEW is created to call command-line tool remotely and remote debugging implemented on the client browser successfully.5?Temperature measurement and control system designed in this dissertation is tested.Through analyzing the temperature data collected in two processes of heating and cooling,the measuring accuracy of the system meet the requirements of the experiment.During the test of temperature control,Peltier temperature control device itself has seriously delay,so the response time of temperature control is very long,however,as far as the precision of temperature control,the control effect can reach the error less than 2%.
