The remote control System overcomes the restrictions of time,space,and circumstance,which is open,efficient,interactive,and popular.It is of important theoretical and practical significance to build remote control platform for electrical measurement and control systems using modern information and network technology,and to provide excellent learning resources and lifelong learning service for the public.In this thesis,an electrical measuring and controlling platform based on multiprocessor,which takes the high precision electronic scale as experimental object,is designed.Furthermore,the technology of LabVIEW Web Service is adopted to realize the remote control system for the electrical measuring and controlling platform.Firstly,the electrical measuring and controlling platform is controlled coordinately by ARM microcontroller(or SCM)and the FPGA.And the platform integrates a processor module,a mixed signal circuits module,a high precision data acquisition module,a communication module,a PWM control module,a human-computer interaction module,and a power management module.The microcontroller of the processor module can be selected from different classes of MCUs in accordance with user demand.The mixed signal circuits module consists of the FPGA,high-speed data acquisition and generation circuit.Secondly,the platform of high precision electronic scale integrates the measuring circuit of resistive transducer,the signal conditioning circuit and multi-channel high precision data acquisition circuit,and has the function of fault self-diagnosing.The weights is loaded onto the scale automatically by the manipulator.The signal of the electronic scale is sampled by the high precision data acquisition module of the electrical measuring and controlling platform,and then sent to the processor module for further data analysis and processing.Thirdly,a remote control system with the B/S systematic architecture as basic framework is designed on the basis of the LabVIEW Web Service technology.The remote operation of importing and compiling a CCS project is achieved by the command line,so as to build a web-based remote control system for the electrical measuring and controlling platform.Lastly,the performance of high precision electronic scale is tested according to the national standards.The experimental data illustrates that the weighing range is 500g and the discrimination is 0.01 g.Field test results indicate that the maximum permissible error,repeatability,sensitivity and eccentric error definitely meets the requirements of III level scale defined by "GBT 23111-2008 General Verification Regulation for Non-automatic Weighing Instrument".
