With prosperity,advancement and transfer of the traditional family structure,our country has irreversibly become an aging society.Under the background of scar 北京 of resources and aging before getting rich,large base figures,rapid growth,disabled and empty-nested phenomenon,unevenly regional distribution on aging population,the current status of social population structure and basic national conditions provide a potential and huge construction environment for the development of the seniors housing and care industry.Green buildings for the aged characterized by ecological energy conservation,adaptation to local condition and national situation is designed to play a major role in reducing the energy burden and providing superior and comfortable living environment for old people under the background of achieving national policy by developing substantial,energy saving and environmental protection buildings.The prior scope of this thesis is regionalism.Sunan Region,located in the heart of the most developed regions in our country,are at the leading edge of a new phase in the management of the national pension policy.Consequently,this text launches research on the residential buildings and reviews the theme issue of architectural design for the aged with the special area.Combined with the implementation of domestic green building professional standards,it has presented a way of green development from the elderly livable,regionally reasonable and low-cost buildings provided for the elderly.Finally,the sustainable building technology strategy which is elderly-oriented,low-energy and recognized is designed to provide a more favorable building environment for the aged in this region.This thesis is composed of five chapters.Firstly,the article summarizes background,purpose,meaning,contents,methods,frameworks of the research and the status of the study at home and abroad.Starting from the regional character in Sunan,the second chapter makes a deep theoretical research and analysis on this issue based on field investigation,relevant policy documents and the present situation of climate data.Depending on all above studies,the third chapter puts forward the feasible green ecological architectural design methods and the conclusions of technical strategy for the aged that adapts to the characteristics of the cities in Sunan region by summing up and studying ecologic design methods,and comparatively analyzing the data ’s validity obtained from the software simulation.The forth chapter introduces the case of green building design for the aged in Zhenjiang,Sunan region.It is the basis and starting point of this research on one hand,on the other hand,it is consideration and implementation about green technology strategy for the architect in actual design process.The fifth chapter is a summary and expectation of this article,and proposes the limitation and the deficiency in the research.
