Famous historical and cultural towns have an important position as the head of the town and the end of the city in the system of historical and cultural villages and towns in our country,reflecting important historical value,cultural value and humanistic value.Significant achievements have been made in the protection of famous historical and cultural towns in my country,which have greatly promoted the economic and social development of the ancient towns.However,some areas have also encountered problems such as large-scale demolition and construction,demolition of the old and new construction,and excessive commercialization.The relevant laws and regulations of our country clearly point out that the implementation of planning should be monitored and inspected regularly.However,due to the late development of planning implementation evaluation in my country,research at the academic level is in its infancy,and a systematic theoretical system has not yet been formed.Therefore,the text hopes to construct a scientific and reasonable planning implementation evaluation system and guide the historical and cultural towns to a sustainable development path.A solid theoretical foundation is the prerequisite for scientific research.This paper starts from the perspective of the evaluation of the planning implementation of historical and cultural towns,starting with conceptual analysis,studying the relevant theoretical foundations,summarizing the guiding significance of this research,and finally combing the relevant cases and technical methods of the planning implementation evaluation of historical and cultural towns at home and abroad.,Lay a solid theoretical foundation for the research of this article.The scientific evaluation system is the focus of this article.First,use the literature study method and the frequency factor method to sort out the plans that have been implemented to determine the reasonable evaluation factors;secondly,to interpret and classify the evaluation factors,use the yaahp analytic hierarchy process software to build a hierarchical structure model,and use the expert consultation method to Experts and scholars in related fields issued questionnaires,sorted out the data,and obtained the weight calculation results of each indicator;finally,the SD scale method was used to construct the evaluation standard and scoring model based on consistent factors,from historical heritage protection,infrastructure,economics The four dimensions of benefit and social benefit are analyzed,and the results are finally calculated and graded,so as to construct a complete evaluation system for the planning and implementation of historical and cultural towns.Reasonable optimization strategy is the purpose of analysis and research.According to the evaluation results,it analyzes in detail the implementation effects and problems of the ancient town of Shedian,and finally adopts optimization strategies such as improving protection planning,dividing street types,and improving fire protection facilities,as well as exploring cultural connotations,controlling tourism development,and promoting public participation,Strengthen supervision and management and other optimization strategies at the planning implementation level to provide a basis for the next stage of planning and implementation of the town of Shedian.This article takes the town of Shedian as an example,hoping to explore a set of relatively complete and scientific evaluation system,which can provide reference for the evaluation of other similar historical and cultural towns.
