In recent years,the process of the hot mix asphalt(HMA)pavement construction generated greenhouse gases and environmental pollution has aroused widespread concerned,therefore,the warm mix concept has become an important issue for asphalt pavement construction.Deurex produced in Germany as a warm mix,the composition of a mixture of plant wax and aliphatic hydrocarbons.extracted from sugar cane,It meets the requirements of energy saving and environmental protection,and has good social and economic benefits.At present,the research on the application of Deurex warm mix asphalt and its mixture is still relatively small,so to some extent,it limits the application of Deurex warm mix asphalt.This paper uses two kinds of warm mix agent(Deurex and Sasobit)are two kinds of warm mix asphalt(heavy traffic No.70 grade of asphalt and SBS modified asphalt),prepared with different warm mix agent content of warm mix asphalt and SBS modified asphalt mixing temperature,contrast test of different methods are used to study two kinds of warm mix agent modified asphalt and asphalt and the influence of SBS,determine the content and scope of performance evaluation of Deurex warm mix asphalt.First of all,the penetration rate,penetration index,softening point,equivalent softening point and ductility of warm mix asphalt and warm mix SBS modified asphalt were analyzed by routine test.The test results show that the temperature has no obvious effect on the performance of modified asphalt and SBS asphalt No.70 grade Deurex,the smaller effect of high temperature properties of two kinds of asphalt;although Deurex reduces the low-temperature performance of asphalt,but the extent of the reduction is less than Sasobit.Secondly,with the increase of Deurex and Sasobit content,the viscosity of asphalt is decreased;when the content of two kinds of warm mix agent increased from 2%to 3%,70 grade asphalt and SBS modified asphalt viscosity decreased when the content is greater than 3%,the smaller the influence of viscosity of warm mix agent of two kinds of asphalt.In addition,when the amount of the same,compared to the viscosity of both warm mixture additives,it can see that effect of viscosity reduction of Deurex is better.Although the Deurex in a certain dosage range(less than 4%),with two kinds of asphalt high temperature,medium temperature,low temperature level had no significant effect,but the rheological test results show that when the dosage of Deurex can improve the high temperature performance of asphalt in a certain extent,however,the fatigue performance of asphalt and the low temperature performance weakened less than Sasobit.Comparison of Sasobit warm mix asphalt,and considering the influence of Deurex on asphalt temperature sensitivity,high temperature,low temperature and medium temperature performance,it is recommended that the best dosage range of Deurex is 2%?3%.
