A Study On A Climate Laboratory Measurement And Control System

The meteorological conditions that high-speed trains may meet are simulated in the climate laboratory,train researchers and relevant experts have gradually applied this techonoly and test the ventilation and air conditioning systems of train carriages in the climate laboratory.But how to make the climate laboratoty accurately and efficiently simulate the designated climate environment,the key lies in the design and research of the climate laboratory measurement and control system.This paper takes a climate laboratory as the control object.According to its function and technical requirements,this paper design and develop a measurement and control system which takes PLC as the core and combined with Virtual Instrument technology and OPC technology.And deep research is carried on it.Firstly,the control strategy of supply air temperature,relative humidity and return fan is studied,and the overall structure scheme of the measurement and control system is put forward.Secondly,the hardware equipment used in the measurement and control system,such as temperature and humidity sensor,pressure difference tester,controller and other hardware are selected and configured.At the same time,LabVIEW software with graphical programming language is used as the program development environment,and the operating software of the multi-functional and easy-to-operate climate lab is developed.Finally,the communication between LabVIEW software and PLC was realized by OPC technology.The measurement and control system takes LabVIEW's good man-machine interface and PLC's simple programming,high reliability,strong ability of anti-interference into considertation.Due to its advancement,the measurement and control system can be used for reference to similar climate laboratory.
