Study On Construction Quality Evaluation Of Prefabricated Concrete Construction

The assembled concrete building attracts more attention in recent years,with the progress of construction industrialization and being perfect of the construction market.At present,China is vigorously promoting the production mode of construction industrialization,the operating type of the assembled concrete construction has changed from wet to dry operations,from cast-in-situ to field assembly.The prefabricated concrete construction can not only reduce labor demand and improve efficiency,but also save resources and building costs,reducing negative effects on the environment.However,due to the transformation of construction modes,construction quality management system will change,the construction quality of such buildings is also the focus of social concern.Construction quality evaluation is an important part of construction quality management and establishing a systematic and comprehensive evaluation system of assembled concrete construction is also a key step,which is helpful to promote the development of buildings and the process of building industrialization in China.In this paper,the quality of prefabricated concrete construction is taken as the object of study.Firstly,look up to relevant literature combined with engineering practice,and the main influence factors of prefabricated concrete construction quality are obtained by screening,analyzing and clustering.The main factors influencing the construction quality of the prefabricated concrete building are determined based on relevant standards,specifications and views of experts.Secondly,in accordance with the design principles and methods of the construction quality evaluation system,the construction quality evaluation index system of prefabricated concrete building is established.On this basis,the evaluation model is built combined with OWA operator and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to make comprehensive evaluation on the construction quality.Finally,combined the evaluation model with the engineering practice,this paper scientifically defines the construction quality grade of the project and make the weak link clear in the construction quality management.The rationality and feasibility of the quality evaluation system of prefabricated concrete construction proposed in this paper is verified through proposing suggestions of improvements concerning the weak links.
