Research On Construction Quality Evaluation Of Assembled Residential Buildings

Assembled residential building has the characteristics of short construction period,less environmental pollution and resource saving,and it is an architectural mode that accords with the strategy of sustainable development in our country.The development of fabricated residential buildings is in conformity with the concept of green development in our country.It is the only way to promote the process of building industrialization in our country.However,at present,the assembly-type residential buildings in China are more difficult to promote.The quality of construction is an important factor in the promotion of the assembly-type houses How to improve the quality of the fabricated residential building construction is particularly important.Only through the construction of a comprehensive and objective evaluation of the quality of such a way to find out the important factors affecting the construction quality and to develop appropriate measures is to solve the construction quality of the important means.Therefore,the establishment of a set of scientific and reasonable elements of the construction quality evaluation system has a very important value.In this paper,the status quo of the construction quality of the assembled residential building is analyzed,which leads to the importance of the research on construction quality evaluation.By referring to a large amount of relevant documents and combining the same points and differences between the traditional cast-in-place buildings and the assembled residential buildings,The key factors of the quality of the assembled residential building are summarized.On this basis,the evaluation index system was established according to the questionnaire from the pre-construction stage,construction stage and post-construction stage according to the construction process of the prefabricated residential building;the AHP was used to determine the weight of each floor index and the consistency test ensure the rationality of the selection of evaluation index;Evaluate the construction quality of the assembled residential building by using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.In addition,in order to verify the validity and practicability of the evaluation system,this paper analyzes and processes the field survey data by means of case analysis and specific engineering examples.From the evaluation results obtained,it finds out the key factors influencing the construction quality of the assembly type residential buildings.Then according to the evaluation index of each index,it puts forward countermeasures and suggestions pertinently.This paper uses the method of qualitative and quantitative analysis combined with theory and actuality to create the evaluation model of the assembly type residential building construction quality.This model is conducive to the scientific and reasonable evaluation of construction quality,and to improve the quality of assembly-type residential construction has a guiding role.
