With the further improvement of people’s living standards,the demand for natural gas will continue to grow.After decades of development,China’s natural gas pipeline engineering construction level and safety has made great progress.Unable to keep pace with the increasing number of miles of natural gas pipeline projects and requirements.However,the increasing demand for natural gas pipelines and the backward professional construction level of natural gas pipeline engineering lead to many problems in the construction management process of natural gas pipeline engineering,thus causing many pipeline quality problems.The main cause of natural gas pipeline accidents is the failure of pipeline welding seams.From this point of view,it is necessary to carry out targeted quality management and quality evaluation research for natural gas pipeline project.Gas pipeline project,this paper has a bigger difference of construction technology,construction period is longer,in field construction climate impact,pipes and pipe fittings such as installing a large volume weight,structure type and changeful,the construction characteristics of continuity and integrity of strong,large work volume on welding is analyzed,and then from actual project and expert questionnaire way for gas pipeline engineering construction quality assessment index are analyzed.This paper used the analytic hierarchy process(ahp)and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,first using the analytic hierarchy process(ahp)to get influence gas pipeline engineering construction quality weight coefficient of each index system,and then the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,through the establishment of fuzzy evaluation set and expert evaluation in combination with the weight of each index system of natural gas pipeline engineering construction quality coefficient to calculate the influence factors of engineering quality indicators.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)The indexes affecting the construction quality evaluation system of natural gas pipeline engineering can be summarized into 5 first-level indexes(mechanical equipment indexes,personnel quality indexes,quality management indexes,welding factors indexes,material factors)and 14 second-level indexes.(2)calculate the weight coefficient of the construction quality evaluation system index of natural gas pipeline engineering,obtain the welding factor index >,material factor >,mechanical equipment index >,personnel quality index >,and find that the welding factor has the greatest influence on the construction quality of natural gas pipeline engineering.(3)Taking the natural gas pipeline project of LNG plant in a certain city as an example,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation framework of construction quality of natural gas pipeline project was used to conduct the research.It is found that the construction quality of GD company in this project is finally judged to be good,and the direction that needs to be strictly controlled for the impact on the overall construction quality of natural gas pipeline project is the factors of welding seams and personnel quality. |
