Research On The Selection Of Construction Project Bidding And Bidding Strategy

In recent years,the development of real estate development projects has developed well across the country,and gradually grows up an increasingly open and active market atmosphere.However,there are still a lot of problems in the bidding work of construction enterprises.Therefore,the company should use a series of calculation and analysis methods in the bidding process to select the bidding scheme and use corresponding bidding strategy to determine the tender price,which can make construction enterprises adapt to the frequent changes in the bidding market.This paper focuses on aspects of the bidding scheme selection and bidding,which also discusses the application of qualitative and quantitative analysis methods to the bidding scheme selection and quotation decision.Firstly,the paper discusses how to collect the information of bidding project and make a strategic analysis,so that the construction enterprise can control the bidding process of the strategic height of the bidding program selection and quotation work.Secondly,the paper analyses the selection of bidding scheme based on the corresponding decision-making process,using the Borda Count of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to establish the evaluation model of bidding scheme which is optimized by the method of statistics.Moreover,this paper studies how to quote the price of the construction enterprises in the list valuation mode.Finally,this paper make the model combine with the actual project bidding scheme in Fujian,Jinjiang,considering the advantages and disadvantages of each bidding scheme and analyses the whole process of making bidding decision.It also verifies the feasibility of the model used in the evaluation of choosing the bidding projects.The construction enterprises can make the most reasonable judgments and decisions through the combination of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis,overcoming the disadvantages of making decisions only by experience.The Borda Count is applied to the field of bidding,pointing out the limitations of the application of the model and research directions in the future.
