The rapid development of inland wind power projects in recent yeArs,wind power tower and foundation ring not only plays the role of loading,but also plays a buffer function,Q345E due to its excellent performance and show the broad application prospects,but because of the wind tower and foundation ring structure itself is a lArge structure,the use of performance requirements of the application and development in the lArgely restricted to the tower and foundation ring welding manufacturing level.In view of this situation,this reseArch to improve the welding quality as the fundamental purpose,to cArry out reseArch on welding technology and production line design and welding technology of Q345E steel T weld,and put forwArd a new application of Argon rich mixed gas shielded welding in the tower in the wind.The comprehensive application of metallographic microscope,mechanical properties test,RT ray detector,CAD three bit lofting means,the microstructure of welded joints of Q345E steel and its influence on the performance of the T type weld as the reseArch object,systematically studied the welding method,content,Argon rich mixed gas droplet the form of welding line energy,influence of process pArameters on the micro structure and mechanical properties of welding joint morphology,The results of the study show that:The results show that:1?Through experimental reseArch,welding defects of wind power tower is the main crack,resulting in structural fracture,brittle fracture accident of tower,the welding test in pre production is very important,which play a more important type T is the main weld mechanical properties,T type,T type joints weld joint fillet weld forming and splash three aspects.2?By manual Arc welding,C02 welding,rich welding test of three methods for Argon gas shielded welding,forming inspection,RT test,mechanical properties test,metallographic test,test data from the five aspects of splash appeArance were compAred,the three methods can meet the requirements of mechanical properties and microstructure,but the Argon rich mixed gas welding shows high performance,beautiful appeArance,small splash forming advantages.3?By setting five kinds of mixed gas content were tested on mixed gas protection welding Argon rich welding,welding spatter,the mechanical performance test,metallographic test of the three aspects of the compArison of the data obtained Ar100%,Ar90%+,CO210%these two kinds of welding,there Are no penetration or crack phenomenon,the impact toughness is poor CO2100%;welding seam,fine grain size,but a small crack,the impact toughness is poor,5 samples of Ar70%+ CO230%welding in 1 pArts welding,no penetration,only fracture and impact toughness of Ar80%+ CO220%mixed gas protection welding under value and excellent gold.4.Through experimental study on droplet transfer mode for the different settings of the mixed gas rich Argon protection welding,the compArison of the data from the three aspects of the welding spatter,RT X-ray test,mechanical properties test,it has little relation to the deposited metal properties and chemical composition and droplet transfer type,and protective gas oxidation atmosphere strength the non short-circuit current can play the advantages of lArge gas welding high deposition efficiency,but high current C02 welding spatter is lArger,forming rough.5?Through the test of welding line energy of different set of Argon rich mixed gas Arc welding,the compArison of the data from the two aspects of mechanical property test,metallographic test,draw three lines of energy,the tensile strength of welding joints with sheAr line energy increased first and then decreased,HAZ softening occurred phenomenon is serious,and with the increase of welding line energy,softening phenomenon intensified,softening the regional expansion of the weld zone microstructure is mainly aciculAr ferrite and ferrite and mArtensite.In this study,project cooperation company production of SE11520C high speed permanent magnet type wind turbine as the engineering reseArch object,using CAD layout way,designed five station production line,cutting process and welding appeArance flaws in the welding process mainly involves the thermal crack,cold crack,welding deformation,inclusion and efficiency analysis instead,make cutting gas,using the Argon rich mixed gas Arc welding,welding groove,backing welding,welding after welding heat treatment,anti deformation method,shrinkage allowance,adjust the welding position,using double sided Arc welding method to further optimize the welding process.
