Research On Cost Management Evaluation Of Scientific Research Building Project Of Guangxi Fisheries Research Institute

The scientific research building project of GuangXi Fisheries Research Institute has been completed.In the construction of scientific research building of GuangXi Fisheries Research Institute,decoration project is a kind of project with great difficulty,short period,high cost and complicated technology.Its cost management and control has certain research value and research difficulty.The cost management and control of the project has always been one of the most important contents of the project management.Based on the research building project of GuangXi Fisheries Research Institute,this paper focuses on the decoration part and carries out the project cost management research.Firstly,this paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of the scientific research building project of the aquatic products research institute,and carries out the pertinent research on the project cost management according to the existing problems.Secondly,divided into two stages estimation of civil engineering project,design and construction stage,the construction stage of cost estimation by using the method of WBS work breakdown structure,and estimated the total cost of the project.The validity of the WBS method is proved.And the cost of the project budget,and gives the labor costs,materials costs,mechanical use of the spread of the calculation table.Thirdly,the project cost control measures are analyzed in 4 aspects:labor cost,mechanical cost,material cost and management fee.The whole cost control system and the whole life cycle management system of project cost control are constructed,and the control methods and tactics of labor cost are analyzed.Finally,this paper studies the application of earned value method in project cost control,including performance measurement,schedule control,performance evaluation and so on.The performance measurement and assessment methods of project cost are given.Through practical analysis,the availability and effectiveness of earned value method in cost management are proved.The research results of this paper have certain reference value for the same type of project cost management.It has accumulated some methods and experience for the cost control of civil engineering construction.
