| Time goes by,the steel structure’s construction has been widely used in industrial construction,civil construction,public buildings,bridge construction and other fields.The prospects of steel structure is bright,the western development,the revitalization of the northeastern old industrial base,the Olympic Games,the Asian Games,the Expo and other large projects all brought great opportunities for the development of steel industry.Based on the relevant data and researching results at home and abroad,this paper studies the prepayment problem in the management of the steel structure’s construction contract,in the help of Game Theory,starting from the view of steel structure’s contract management.It studies mainly the game in contract management of the contractor and the owner.First of all,I searched a large number of literature and pay much attention to the relevant industrial trends and hot spots,then make an conclusion in the introduction part.Secondly,this paper will solve the problem by means of game theory,and introduce the relevant theoretical knowledge of it and the relating theoretical knowledge of steel structure’s construction contract management.Next,the present situation of the construction contract management of steel structure is analyzed in detail,and the problem of advancing payment of steel structure construction contract is analyzed emphatically.On this basis,the relevant model is established.The first model is the game model at the stage of the contract negotiation.which is mainly to determine whether the contractor is willing to cooperate or not with incomplete information;the second model is the game model of prepayment at the payment phase,which is determined at the first stage on the basis of cooperation,the most common situation and the most important game point is at the prepayment of the payment limitation.Owners and contractors will be in trouble in paying amount,in order to make both sides of the Game can effectively go out of the prisoner’s dilemma,I introduce the KMRW reputation model and through repeated duplication to solve this problem.Finally,with a combination of cases verifies that the results obtained by repeated replies are consistent with the expected results of the actual contractor. |
