Research And Practice On Contract Management Of EPC Assembly Project

With the acceleration of urbanization and the rapid development of construction industry in China,the traditional construction mode is in urgent need of transformation and upgrading.EPC assembly building,which adapts to the current society,has become a new mode of green and low-carbon development.However,in its development process,due to the lack of scientific and effective management of the project contract by the contractor and the employer,in recent years,the number of disputes about the project contract has increased year by year.It is an urgent task to improve the management and practice of the project contract.The first two chapters of this paper lay a good foundation for the follow-up study of the article by carefully reading and in-depth learning a large number of relevant literature and materials,such as EPC project management,domestic and foreign construction contract demonstration text,prefabricated building and so on.The third chapter compares the current construction contract model 2017 in China,EPC contract model 2011,fidic2017 model in foreign countries with each other,and is familiar with the characteristics of various project contract models.The fourth chapter analyzes the characteristics of EPC assembly project,the difficulties of the current implementation of assembly building in China and the adaptability of assembly and EPC mode.Based on the questionnaire,field survey,expert scoring and other methods,this paper summarizes the common problems and Countermeasures in EPC assembly project contract management;based on expert scoring,using AHP modeling,this paper scientifically analyzes the importance and particularity of prepayment and payment proportion in the contract planning stage.And introduce the classical game theory model and its countermeasures to solve the above problems.Finally,based on the analysis and comparison of FIDIC and other contract models,this paper attempts to put forward countermeasures to some important issues in case contract management,such as engineering measurement,price adjustment,engineering dispute handling,etc.In addition,through the above-mentioned related theoretical research,the paper proposes to solve the outstanding and key problem of prepayment payment ratio in the early stage of project contract negotiation by building a game theory model,deduces and practices the specific application of the game model in contract management practice,and achieves the expected effect.The paper contains 21 figures,65 tables,112 references.
