Since twenty-first Century,with the continuous and rapid development of the economy,the continuous improvement of the comprehensive national strength and the continuous application of high and new technology have promoted the high-speed development of the tunnel and underground engineering.Tunnel boring machine set machine,electricity,liquid,high automation technology for the integration of intelligent technology and equipment at home and abroad are widely used in urban subway tunnel,hydraulic tunnels,roas tunnel,railway tunnel,road tunnel,municipal pipelines,such as tunnel engineering,mining operations in the narrow space,materials handling become one of the problem of engineering constructionThis paper mainly researches and designs a new type of conveying device for tunnel machines to solve the construction problem of material handling.The specific construction requirements are mainly due to the leakage of material along the gap to the conveyor belt or attached to the conveyor belt,blocking the cylinder caused by the unloaded branch,which affects the normal operation of the conveyor;the transport efficiency is low;the material produced by the tunneling machine is matched with the material conveyed by the feeding device;the narrow space transportation device is used in the underground space.The entry device is part of the roadheader.According to the actual working condition,the conveying device adopts the form of the belt conveyor.The main contents include: the research background,purpose and significance of the feeding device,the working principle of the conveyor,the design scheme of the conveying device and the overall design;the basis of the calculation and design of the belt conveyor,including the transportation and speed,the running resistance and power consumption,the tension and tensioning of the conveyor belt.Force,cylinder diameter determination and torque calculation;main components of feeding device: design criteria,design calculation and structure determination of conveyor belt,roller,roller,frame,tension device,cleaning device and auxiliary feeding device;and there are running deviation,slag leakage,sticking and belt wear in actual commissioning and field construction.Analyze the specific reasons,redesign and improve the structure,and finally finish the design.This design not only solves the problem of the actual engineering construction,but also has the guiding significance to the design process of the belt conveyor,the selection of the components and the structure of the design.It provides a reference for the specific design and provides a solution to the problems in the design process.
