With the rapid development of embedded technology and chip technology,the representative of MPUs based on ARM architecture become increasingly outstanding in speed,power consumption and stability.The overall performance of embedded devices has become more and more powerful,and embedded devices constantly enrich our daily life.The elevator multimedia terminal is the result of using embedded technology and high performance ARM processor.In this paper,embedded multimedia technology,large-size TFTLCD drive technology and CAN communication technology are applied to elevator products,which effectively improves the elevator car environment,so that the elevator has become a place for information dissemination,while improving the elevator additional economic benefits.This paper has developed an integrated system used on elevator,which combines the function of time and date display,elevator status display,poster picture display and multimedia display.The hardware system adopts the design of the core board and the bottom board.The core board is based on the AM3354 processor of the ARM Cortex-A8 architecture,which extends the memory module,nandflash module and power management module.The bottom board is mainly composed of peripheral function module based on the core board,including TF card module,LCD drive control module,audio module,CAN communication module and power module.the core board and the bottom plate are connected by 100 * 2pins double-row needle.The software of multimedia terminal is composed of embedded linux system and QT application.Based on the hardware of AM3354 microprocessor and its peripheral devices,this paper tailors the kernel driver of corresponding module,creating the root file system,transplanting the open and stable embedded linux system.In order to achieve the function of playing elevator advertising.this paper designs the graphical interface of elevatormultimedia terminal through the graphical interface development software of QT,playing the audio and video files in the TF card through the transplant of embedded MPlayer player.The multimedia terminal work mode is set by the initialization file in the TF card.In the aspect of elevator communication,the communication between the multimedia terminal and the elevator control board is realized through the real-time and reliable CAN bus.the information of time,date and the running state of the elevator are also displayed on the TFTLCD to make full use of the screen resources. |
