The Construction Of Space And Vitality For The Community Shared Street In Nanjing Old City

With the rapid development of the city,China's "car-based" thinking is serious.The vitality of the old city gradually lost.Today,the urban renewal is the theme of the time.The renewal of the urban living street can improve space utilization and land use value,and also can activate the vitality of urban life.There are lots of Chinese scholars have begun to focus on street vitality.They hope reshaping the streets of life.We attempts to make further research with the shared street theory,and try to develop the theory become a multi-dimensional shared theory of population shared,time shared and spatial shared.Based on this theory,this paper constructs the space and vitality of the urban community living streets,and puts forward the urban design methods and strategies.It can provide suggestions for the design or renewal of the community streets in the future.First,this paper studies shared street theory and classic case,and the relationship between shared with street vitality.On this basis,this paper puts forward the three-dimensional shared theory of population shared,time shared and spatial shared,and constructs the three-dimensional shared evaluation system of street.Then,three communities of the living streets-Chengxian Street-Beiting Lane-Yanling Lane are selected.Through field research and questionnaire research,SD analysis and SPSS and other technical means are used to analyze the results.From the aspect of the three-dimensional shared theory of population shared,time shared and spatial shared to analyze comprehensivly,the design methods and improvement strategies of space and vitality construction of community living streets are summed up.Finally,combining the theory and conclusion,the three streets are designed in detail to realize the design strategy practice.
