The regenerative braking technology refers to the car braking energy conversion and storage of a technology.Making full use of regenerative braking technology can enhance driving distance,so as to achieve the purpose of saving energy.The motor and mechanical braking force was reasonably distributed by the braking strategy in the whole braking process,so that the power during the braking process can be stored in the batteries through the power conversion circuit,and achieve energy recovery and reuse.Firstly,the paper analyzed the stress range of electric vehicle brake and the constraint condition of electric vehicle in braking process,in order to obtain the demand braking force of electric vehicle in braking process.Besides,according to the braking demand of electric vehicle,the distribution relationship between electric braking force and mechanical braking force under different braking strategies was analyzed,Analyzing the relationship between speed and motor braking force that combined with the motor output electric power in the braking process was limited,so that the braking energy in braking process could be used fully and maximized.Then,a parallel regeneration system with the best energy recovery was proposed by analyzing the shortcomings of the traditional regenerative braking strategy,combined with the characteristics of electric vehicle braking,the role of the motor in the braking process,and the safety and stability range of the front and rear wheel force.The strategy could make full use of the motor for electric braking,to achieve energy recovery during the braking process.Again,the simulation model was built at ADVISOR2002 software,in order to verify the validity and feasibility of the strategy proposed in this paper.In the existing road conditions,the proposed strategy in the paper,the existing parallel regenerative braking strategy and ADVISOR2002 with the regenerative braking strategy were compared comprehensively;in addition,at different deceleration,the different braking strategies under the regeneration system energy recovery effect were analyzed.Finally,the simulation results were analyzed detailedly,the results showed that the strategy of final state of charge higher than the other two kinds of regenerative braking strategy in the existing conditions;but in different deceleration case,the energy recovery effect of this strategy was better when the braking intensity was small.In summary,the simulation results verify the effectiveness of the proposed strategy.
