In recent years,the elevator industry is developing rapidly.In order to save time and improve work efficiency,elevator rising and falling faster and faster,and then bring more and more security risks.Elevator is a special means of transportation,its large number of people,the speed of operation,can transport people or goods to the height of the vertical place,and some scenic spots elevator can even rise to hundreds of meters high in a few seconds.When elevators go down from high,there are a lot of security issues to be concerned about.If the elevator in the down process,the sudden occurrence of power outages,wire rope aging,fracture and other dangerous situations,resulting in abnormal elevator fall,at this time you need the elevator safety protection device to play a role.The safety device of elevator in the down process mainly includes rope clamping device,safety clamp,buffer,permanent magnet brake and other equipment.In the elevator industry,the use of these safety devices,uneven quality.In order to unify the standards,the national special inspection department has set up a special elevator safety device testing department in the major provinces and municipalities of China,and only the safety devices with performance standards can be put into use.This paper mainly adopts the empirical research method.Firstly,the control scheme of the downlink test system is put forward,so as to make the equipment selection and the preparation of the safety clamp and the buffer test.Then according to the test requirements of the elevator downlink safety device,the electrical schematic diagram of the elevator down safety device test system is designed,and the hardware system is built.After the completion of the whole hardware system,the PLC test and communication are needed.After the communication is successful,the relevant control program and the man-machine interface are made,and finally the automatic control of the whole test system is achieved.At present,the test system has been completed.Through the test,we can get the data of the relevant equipment,such as the elevator displacement,speed,car weight,hydraulic station oil temperature and other data,so as to calculate whether the safety device performance meets the requirements.In addition,the acceleration sensor can measure the acceleration,and the laser range finder can measure the vertical height of the downward test frame.Because these data are controlled by the industrial computer through the field bus,the data obtained and the PLC readout are checked each other,thus increasing the reliability of the test.Finally,a complete set of local control system and remote automatic control system are formed,and the remote control can be displayed through man-machine interface to achieve intuitive and easy to use effect.
