The asphalt surface layer of cement stabilized crushed stone base is used for pavement structure type of all levels highway and urban road commonly.It has good integrity,high strength,rigidity,good water stability,low cost and other advantages.But the shrinkage crack of cement stabilized macadam is currently technical problem which has not been solved.Cracks reduce the integrity and strength of cement stabilized gravel stratum base,easily lead pump pulp and other diseases and impact the use and quality of road life.The Highway Administration of Chuzhou City AnHui province through years of exploration and practice,which has proposed a new road base structure-cement stabilized gravel filling large particle debris base.The technology is used in the pavement overhaul,which overcomes the shortcomings of the traditional semi-rigid and flexible base.It has achieved good application effect.In order to enrich and develop this technology and promote its application,the paper will carry out the following research:(1)The technical principle of cement stabilized gravel filling large particle debris base has been analyzed and summed up its technical characteristics.On the basis of introduction the implication of cement stabilized gravel filling large particle debris base,it has been analyzed of the technical principles of cement stabilized gravel filling large particle debris base and summed up its technical characteristics.Analysis showed that the main features of cement stabilized gravel filling large particle debris base include high-quality road base and it is an excellent structure.(2)The material design method of cement stabilized gravel filling large particle debris base has been improved.It includes the proportion of primary aggregate design,design caulking,caulking between the main aggregate,etc.About the particle size of cement stabilized gravel filling large particle debris base primary aggregate and ? type of caulking.The Highway Administration of Chuzhou City approach is: main aggregate particle diameter is 40~60mm,caulking maximum particle size is less than 9.5mm,and recommend their size range.Through theoretical analysis and application of practice.Thepaper believes that the main aggregates of 40~80mm can increase friction resistance,and it is more conducive to the formation of the skeleton structure,better application effect.The maximum particle size of type?caulking can be adjusted to less than 19 mm.Based on this,the range of the main aggregate particle size and type ? caulking material have been recommended.(3)The pavement combination of cement stabilized gravel filling large particle debris base has been calculated and recommended.First,pavement structure combination has been proposed,and pavement structure has been checked through Bisar software.Combining with the ChuZhou City's experience of cement stabilized gravel filling large particle debris base in conjunction sized road construction or repair.During the period of the standard axle,dividing into new road,the old road paved direct,which these three cases have been recommended and set up the pavement combination of cement stabilized gravel filling large particle debris base.And the mixture type and thickness range of each structure layer in these three cases are obtained.(4)The field test of cement stabilized gravel filling large particle debris base has been studied.The test road has been selected FenDang line Dongbao road in Jingmen City,Hubei Province.The above research on the material design and pavement structure combination type of cement stabilized gravel filling large particle debris base are applied to the experiment road.Through the test of the site,the construction technology and quality control methods of cement stabilized gravel filling large particle debris base have been summed up.The economic,social and environmental benefits of cement stabilized gravel filling large particle debris base have analyzed and the application effect is good.
