The Application Of Electrical Automation Technology In Mechanical Mixing Advection Sedimentation Pool

According to the crafts design requirements and construction site of the new Longtan water treatment plant,this paper designs the optimization of electrical and automatic control system around the mechanical mixing flocculating chamber and carrys on the detail introduction to the system establishment and optimization.Coagulation dosing is an important aspects of the water treatment crafts,which can be positively impacted by ozone pre-treatment system.Advanced treatment process has further quality requirements on precipitation water,for a new water treatment plant,there is no relevant experience of the control of the complex system and the use of new technology.This paper analyzes the original design and disadvantages of the manufacturer provided complete equipments to water automatic control.To optimize selection and system design of water settling ponds and electrical automatic control system of related facilities by remoulding constructions and optimizing the automatic control program.This paper makes a study on the ways of cooperation between chemical dosing pumps and regulating valves and makes a plan of programs design.In Longtan water treatment plant,the joint commissioning and trial operation indicated that the optimized system can meet the needs better.Besides,this paper also designs a PC system based on SCADA architecture.Combined with database systems,the control,protection and monitoring of advection sedimentation can be achieved on the project as well as the establishment of corresponding production database system.
